Alternating theoretical and exchanges through scenarios.
The training is conducted by expert trainers, UIC qualified teams and with 5 to 10 years minimum experience in their field of expertise.

Concepts of hazard, exposure, risk, prevention, and protection
Presentation of risks related to co-activity and interference and their integration into the prevention plan, in connection with occupational risks included in the single occupational risk assessment document
Presentation of workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational diseases (illustrated with examples and statistics)
Human, material, and economic consequences of a workplace accident or occupational disease
The role and responsibility of each individual in occupational safety and health prevention
Risks
Traffic and access to sites, including security rules
Chemical risks (pictograms, potential health effects, workstation safety data sheets, etc.)
Asbestos, lead
Fire / ATEX (explosive atmospheres), electricity, machinery-related risks
Thermal risks (working near hot or cold points), noise, vibrations
Working at height
Mechanical handling / lifting operations
Manual handling, ergonomics and posture, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)
Working in confined spaces
Risks related to the working environment (signage, storage, cleanliness, waste sorting, co-activity, fluids, and energy sources, etc.)
Risks and potential consequences of work near or on process safety equipment such as MMR (Risk Control Measures) or MMRI (Instrumented Risk Control Measures)
Excavation work and work near networks and pipelines, pressure and high-pressure cleaning, sandblasting
Ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, biological risks, and Legionella-related risks
Work near railway lines, drowning risk, etc.
Organization of prevention during interventions
General prevention instructions (including site safety induction), prevention plans, work authorizations, instructions, and operating procedures
Operating procedures
The prevention plan, work authorizations, and the various permits
Lockout and removal of lockout procedures
Responsiveness and behavior in degraded working situations
The 2 golden rules
Official ANFAS / France Chimie certification delivered after passing the test
